In 2022, I moved from India to the UK with my wife to start a new life in London. Here, I work at a small consultancy firm whose office is located in the ‘City of London’, or simply known as the ‘City’ – a historic financial district within the broader metropolis. The City stands where once stood the Roman Londinium, the remnants of which can be found even today. While I’d love to share more about this place, I’ll leave it to curious minds to explore.
This photo project contains snippets from in and around the City, taken mostly during my aimless wanders after work. Now a ritual of sorts, I began this habit as a way to get closer to this new land and its people. It is also a precious reminder to myself to not give up on things I am fond of.
